· HOW
DO I SUBMIT A DEVICE TO SOUTH EAST INSTRUMENTS?
Dealers,
carefully pack the device and note all accessories
enclosed. Submit the device on your purchase order with a
description of the complaint. After receipt at our
facility, typically within 48-72 hours we will fax
you a complete detailed estimate. If approved by the customer, sign
and fax the estimate back to South East Instruments. (352)
332-0186. Approximately 48-72 hours later we will service
and ship the
device.
We
charge a modest estimate fee depending on the device,
between $50 and $100, plus the return shipping and
handling if the estimate is declined. We waive the
estimate charge if: 1)- We service the device or, 2)- The
device is scrapped here. We must receive written orders to
do so.

your Autoscaler online, within 90 days of purchase, and check the extended warranty box. Once we
receive your information, we will contact you for payment
instructions.
